If your phone is overheated then following steps can help:- - Remove your phone's cover - Do not keep the phone 's brightness high - Take Off Phone Cover While battery charging - Turn Off Unnecessary Features/Apps - Reduce excess usage of phone. If always your phone shows higher temperature that may reduce battery life and phone performance
Reason: Auto calibration is removing access heat but Phone is not producing extra heat because phone is already working in excelent condition. - Solution: Disable the auto calibration from app settings. - Adjust heat offset from app settings.
Each phone have different usage behaviour and pattern. So heat offset adjustment can be different for different devices, So the Auto Calibration of temperature feature is given in the settings that targets the most common ussage pattern of phone and by default this setting is enabled in the application. To update this settings following steps can be refered:- - Open App Menu (clicking Hamburger icon) - click Settings - Temperature Correction (Disabling this would: Shows direct sensor readings) - Sensor calibration (Disable: will automatically removes extra heat, Enable: you can manually adjust temperature)
This is because, temperature calibration is by default enabled and try to remove extra heat as per medium level phone usage pattern and you open application immediate after time when phone was not used for long, this will show lower temperature than actual. IF THIS IS THE USAGE PATTERN OF YOURS, THEN IT'S RECOMMENDED TO DISABLE TEMPERATURE CORRECTIONS FROM SETTING because your phone had not generated extra heat and in excelent condition.
